$10M Fund
Managed by 1991 Accelerator, the first and largest startup accelerator in Ukraine, the fund provides up to $100 000 equity-free cash awards along with Google support, mentorship and product expertise to Ukrainian-founded tech companies.
Since 2016, we provide early-stage startups with high-intensity programs, top-tier mentorship, and direct access to capital. Since 2022, 179 alumni startups of 1991 Accelerator have raised over $50 million.
1991 Accelerator was born from SocialBoost's flagship projects for the Ukrainian startup ecosystem.
SocialBoost is a Ukrainian tech NGO operating since 2011. It fosters synergy between the startup community, business, government and the public sector to implement and scale innovative solutions, achieving boosts in the economy.
In 2022, we united the 1991 legacy (like the 1991 Open Data Incubator, the 1991 Civic Tech Center, and the 1991 Mariupol Startup Development Center) under the 1991 Accelerator brand.

We conduct high-intensity programs, acceleration, and mentoring programs for the startups, focusing on impact tech.
We also involve participants in special government programs with local authorities, anti-corruption IT initiatives, and business corporations.
Our programs are a unique example of cooperation between the public sector, business, and startups, aimed at helping Ukrainian startups scale and fundraise globally.
